"The property itself is in a great area. Across the street is the tube. We paid for an entire apartment for 6 days (as I needed the room with my child) once we got there we got the basic room. Unfortunately, they never changed our rooms - but did refund the difference. Our hot water tank only worked on the first day. The second day they had a repair person come to fix it- but then the next day it broke again. Once the repair person came again to fix it, we only had boiling hot water. (Unable to...
