"Noise from within the hotel during the night. Thin walls? When the fire alarm sounded in the night, guests gathered at the front of the hotel. It was quite some time before any staff appeared to offer guidance and explanations. The 'Deluxe Queen Room' on arrival was nothing like the picture when booked. The lack of a shower was strange: the bath mixer taps were extremely temperamental."

"Booked as attending a wedding nearby that began at 11am and went until late at night. Staff were so accommodating; I was able to check in early which was really helpful. Room was clean and modern, bed was comfortable, shower pressure and temperature were great. I didn’t eat but breakfast looked nice. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area. "

"The staff here were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The actual hotel was at a service station so could be quite noisy at times, but it definitely served its purpose for us personally. The actual things in the hotel were quite dated and old fashioned, the double bed was comfortable, however the double sofa bed was terrible and uncomfortably thin. "Very late arrival after flight from abroad. Only 15 mins from Gatwick! Minor issues with night porter over payment at 2am but sorted out in the morning. Large comfy bed and excellent breakfast. "

"I only have one criticism and that is the parking. Having booked through Expedia I was disappointed on arrival that there were no parking places available. I spoke to the reception who advised me that I could have booked reserved parking, unfortunately this information was not given to me by Expedia. I also think that with the number of places available preference should be given to people staying as opposed to people using the public bar. Tonbridge Wells is not an easy place to find parking. ...
