Gardens 3 - Coghurst Hall Hastings

"Ivyhouse Lane leading to site dreadful. Parking on site inadequate and in our case to far from accommodation. In order to be able to have swim we would have had to purchase passes at 20 per person for a 3day break. Rather expensive. The bin area was overflowing and in a disgusting state."

"Becky is an amazing host, met us on our arrival to make sure we were happy with everything or had any questions and helped with bags! Our stay was very enjoyable - seclusion of camping with the luxury of hot showers and the outdoor bath. Our kids loved the hammock. Baby cows in the field made it for us! Easy ramble to village store/cafe and two pubs."

"It is a peaceful surround and the caravan is as described, and overall we enjoyed our stay. But, there were some cleanliness issues such as grime in the bathroom and kitchen upon arrival and we were also surprised at missing basics like hand soap, sufficient toilet paper, and kitchen basics like salt & pepper, which are standard in all rentals. "Stayed here for two nights in a bell tent as a cheap option to a hotel while visiting the area. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from a cheap campsite. The tent was lovely and the owners made sure it was still pitched despite 50mph winds!"

Pet friendly country barn and forest retreat with a private hot tub

"The Barn is an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. The location is lovely, situated on the edge of Eridge woods and overlooking beautiful countryside - we were spoiled for views in every direction. The Barn was so comfortable and beautifully decorated and we loved the original artworks adorning the walls. Beds were very comfortable. The Barn was unbelievably well equipped - lots of kitchen gadgets and plenty of pots, pans etc etc. Better than my own kitchen! The outside space was lovely to sit...
