Fabulous hotel. Everything about it was excellent but the breakfasts were particularly good. Cooked fresh to order.

We liked that it was 'traditional' but with all the necessary facilities ie a proper key to the room, lovely deep bath, comfortably furnished, all essential items provided. The service was excellent but all staff including restaurant and we really enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast, both very well presented.

The check in was quick polite and easy with great explanation on how things worked. Tje room met my needs. Perhaps the shower head needs fixing as it wouldnt stay high on the guide rail but still a good shower

Salomons Estate is a grand old building set in beautiful grounds with modern outbuildings as accommodation blocks. The old mansion was used as a hospital and recuperation home during the First World War and oozes character. It's function nowadays is as a restaurant and bar with various lounges andterraces where you can sit and sip yourtea coffee or even something sightly more exciting and alcoholic. The accommodation was extremely well appointed ,quiet and very comfortable. All in all our stay at Salomons was perfect and I am looking forward to visiting again soon for a slightly longer stay. EXCELLENT!

Good location near to town with in walking distance. Lovely hotel beautiful gardens enjoyable spa facilities good breakfast and friendly staff. Good value. Will return. Highly recommend

Loved this place! So much better than a hotel - great location for all amenities and a lovely park and walk 10 minutes away. Deliveroo Thai - job done! Really impressed with the fact that I was left milk, bread, butter, tea and coffee! Very happy and will be back !
