Only complaint with it, is would be nice if doors were better sound insulated as you can hear everyone that walks past talking and even heard cleaners at 10am hoovering the corridor etc. Also eventhough spa amenities close at 10pm, I was disappointed that at 9.28 they closed the Jacuzzi to empty it out, all amenities should close minimum 10 minutes before and atleast have some sort of warning by staff to be aware. Missed out on jacuzzi because of this."

"Nice size room, easy 10 minute walk from Canterbury West train . Lots of nearby restaurants and shops. Shower ok, bed a wee bit tired. Big bonus having a buffet breakfast included - thank you! It was a bit noisy on weekend due to nearby clubs "

"Great position, sunny afternoon siting lakeside was wonderful. The hotel was a little tired but clean. Breakfast was horrendous, went down at 9:30 ( breakfast finished at 10:30) and didn’t actually receive by cooked breakfast until 10:45, 1.5 hours for a very basic breakfast is just not acceptable. I would image the kitchen being under resourced, plenty of serving staff, just nothing coming out."
