Nice one night stay, staff welcoming and helpful. Hotel clean, just a few places where attention is needed, decor and maintenance wise and £10 for 24 hours car parking, considering the location is a bit out of order!

The roof was very large and well equipped and the spa and pool were lovely. Breakfast was a bit sparse when we arrived and we had to wait for hot food to be brought out and pastries to be replenished.

Grat Hotel, super friendly staff. Room was good. Could have done with a fridge in room but that is extra for a superior deluxe room which I was surprised as most hotels have fridge in rooms. Apart from that it was a very pleasant stay will definitely stay again.

Good location, with plenty of car parking, staff friendly and helpful. The spa service is great and reasonably priced compared to spa hotels. The one negative is the walls are thin and had a lot of noise, doors being slammed on my visit.

The reception staff were friendly and attentive. Property in a poor state of repair, both in the bathrooms - leaking shower screens, cracked and mouldy tiles, and also the spa was filthy I cannot think why anyone would attend for a spa break. Showers were cold in the spa and filthy changing rooms. Beds were comfortable and clean. Sadly no water or biscuits provided in the rooms. Breakfast was fine although the pancake machine clearly hadn't been used in a while as instead of a pancake I got a pile of burnt ends from the previous use I imagine the day before. The food in the bar was very good - pizza fries and nachos. Parking super expensive too which I hadn't realised when I booked,

We managed to get a good price deal so this hotel was excellent value for money. The room was large but the bed squeaked when you moved. The bathroom was clean but tatty.. cracked tiles and chipped door paint. The public area corridors need a lick of paint and the carpets to be cleaned. Breakfast was excellent value for money. The location is very convenient to Brands Hatch (obviously) but also to a variety of other local attractions. Staff were pleasant and helpful with one in particular being exceptional, Leah. The room was OK though the bathroom was in need of some attention, over bath shower screen needed attention as it leaked, and the mirror was unusually high up the wall so that my average height partner had difficulty using it vanity unit also unusually high. Generally, cleanliness was good throughout the property. Restaurant was clean, staff OK though could have been more attentive (example they would deliver fresh drinks but not remove empty glasses unless prompted), varied food styles menu and of a reasonable standard.
