"We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called.
I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up.

I only hit a slight snag with the glass shower door as I got stuck iniside the shower and couldnt get out which left me panicked a little but eventually i inched it open to get out, something easy to fix and when i reported the issue the staff were atentive and I am sure it was fixed for the next person."
