We were greeted by you are early (30 mins) which I had acknowledged before they mentioned it and said they would check. Again they said we were early but the room was ready and told Room 3 upstairs! We only have 7 rooms we were told. The room was tidy but dusty and the window although double glazed had a gale blowing through as it didn’t fully seal when closed. The shower head had more water coming out of the top of the shower head than where it was supposed to come from and wasn’t particularly warm either. You could hear every noise from people walking up the staircase to closing their doors. The staff were ok seemed to be put out when we went to the restaurant which was cold as was the rest of the building. They didn’t come across that friendly or welcoming. The building itself has the promise to be a really nice place but more attention needs to be paid to the rooms and temperature control. It did seem to have contractors staying there."
