"The room was difficult to find on the street in the dark and as 2 single women were not completely happy with the area. Overall though the stay went well. The apartments block is quiet, and the flat is very clean, light and airy, well stocked kitchen ( although only containing an old stove top percolator that made my coffee taste horrible) And decent shower. Really small but irritating matter was running out of loo roll!!! "

"Spent 3 nights in Edinburgh. Excellent location. Right on the Royal Mile. Felt very safe and was clean and organized with a very much appreciated the welcome box of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Only two things I would improve upon was that both beds are double beds, which are hard for two adults to sleep comfortably in together. The shower curtained area is also quite tiny."

"The accommodation had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and the cleaners arrived after us saying they did not know there was a booking. When they rang their superior, she said she had been busy with a marathon and to say sorry to the guests! We went to the local pub for a couple of hours while the cleaners did their work and returned to find the accommodation had been nicely cleaned. Disappointed that the start of our stay was spoiled."
