Everyone we talked to was friendly, knowledgable, and willing to do whatever they could to help. We stayed here one night to end our trip in Scotland on a high note, and it did not disappoint. The breakfast was delicious, and they were able to substitute gluten free toast for some of their dishes when we asked. I understand that the trend differs. I did snd the meal back for the lamb to be cooked longer, which was done immediately. The length of time waiting for the next course was far too long.
