"Unbelievable property, if your on a long trip this place has anything you need to reset, do some laundry, cooking anything you need. staff were very friendly and accommodating!"

"Craig was a marvelous host. The property was well appointed. The room that we had was room 4 and it had a well appointed bathroom as well as a double and single bed. It even had a small fridge stocked with water. There was also a communal kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, breakfast items including fruit and yogurt free forcthwctaking not just at breakfast time. The property is located right off of the tram way and close to bars, restaurants and a Tesco grocery store. For our purposes this property was great value for the money and we would not hesitate to book it again in the future."

"I loved this property, the bar, restaurant, and staff. Lovely, quiet, and comfortable. Bus stop right across the street to get into the old town."

"The Scholar is located on the campus of the University of Edinburgh. It was in a cute building with pretty landscaping to walk through. The bus is a five minute walk from the door and takes you anywhere you need to go in town for a few dollars. The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything you need including a heated towel rack. I made hot chocolate in the room with the provided electric kettle. My daughter and I ate dinner in Abacus, the restaurant downstairs. It was delicious and the staff were so kind. Highly recommend!"

"Whilst this hotel was lovely it says there is car parking it is actually on the street parking if your lucky enough to get a space. It is also opposite a tower çlock that goes off every hour even through the night."
