"We had a room on the second floor, not the greatest view of a filtration unit/metal framework but this wasn't much of an issue. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy but the air con unit was so loud and the room was warm so we needed it on. Bathroom nice, but when taking a shower the water built up quite a lot in the tub. Overall a satisfactory stay."

"Great hotel other than the room was hot and no AC to cool the room. It must have been 25c in there. The windows are locked shut so you cant open them. Boiled in that room last night. Other than that fantastic stay."

"Lovely comfortable room although finding it was a challenge which was not explained at reception. Up a very grand staircase, through the glass doors on the left, (not right), down a long corridor through another door to the elevator up to 2nd & 3rd floors. Finding the bar/ restaurant in the main hotel was another challenge, more corridors, stairs and elevators with no signage!!"

"The room, premises, staff, and facilities were amazing. Absolutely top notch! The restaurant food was really nice. The only slight negative was that the room was a little too warm with the temperature sensor set to the lowest setting. The spa was brilliant, we used the gym, sauna steamer and pool and all were clean and well looked after. It’s a hell yeah from us!!"
