Great room and good service. We did opt for the parking space as £25 per day seemed excessive and managed to park for two days nearby for £12. We also heard a woman in front of us complain that she had paid for parking but the car park was full so dodged a bullet there. My only bad point was that there was only 1 elevator working and at one point had to walk up 15 flights of stair because the queue for the elevator was so long. I understand covid doesn’t help as it was limited to 2 per elevator but was just a mild inconvenience. Otherwise had a very good stay 👍

    We chose this hotel as it is a named brand, thinking it would be taking the current situation seriously- the opposite was true. Bar and restaurant shut - no mention of this when booking, parking £25 a night - no mention of this when booking, room definitely not sanitised and deep cleaned as found cuttings of electric wire on the carpet! Informed you use the service lift to go down - definitely not cleaned at all! No staff around during the day to clean lifts, corridors or public spaces. On several occasions when walking through the lobby there were no staff around to pass on any concerns. There were however lots of sanitiser stations in the lobby and the hotel is ideally located.

    Staff is super friendly, easy parking too. Rooms huge! Location is perfect if you like shop, and it's really just a cross the street from the city c enter and walking distance to the bay and the castle.

    Superior Room ok but carpet in need of replacement. Have stayed in exec room before with panoramic view. Recommend spending a bit more for a better room.
