However, when using the spa facilities we found 2 female members of the spa staff unhelpful and 1 was extremely snooty and rude. It is in a very ideal location, just on the edge of the nightlife, so it isn't as loud as other places may be. "This is an excellent option for a traveller on a budget. The location in the center of Cardiff is super convenient and very close to the train station. I only stayed one night and unfortunately was unable to connect to the hotel's wifi. I am unsure if this is an ongoing issure or simply bad luck. It was not something vital for me during my single night stay, especially as I had excellent cellular reception. However, I would be remiss in not mentioning it for any travellers that rely on hotel wifi."
