“Definately Go Back”
Booked this hotel for a group weekend away and had never stayed at a Park Inn before but what a pleasant surprise. Location was excellent with both the St.Davids shopping centre and the Motorpoint Arena literaly a stones throw away . Hotel was clean and modern, rooms were well appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. Never ate in the hotel so cant comment on food. Room rates were reasonable given that its smack bang in thee city centre. I will definately use this hotel again and have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone else.

Exccellent room and really nice reception area. Staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel location is excellent and really close to the city centre amenities. Would definately recomend the Park Inn Hotel to others.

We stayed at this hotel over easter.Fantastic location,next door toJohn Lewis shopping centre and straight across from the international arena.Rooms were very comfortable and clean.We had a slight problem with the shower leaking,but this was rectified straight away.Staff were very courteous and helpful.We were4 females ranging in age from25 to 50 visiting my daughter who is working in Cardiff.Well done to all at this hotel and it will certainly be my hotel of choice for my next visit.

“Great location, good value”
Perfect location for the CIA or Shopping. Room was very nice and bed was comfortable, good powerful shower. On reading other reviews, I notice a lot of people complain about lack of air con and the heat in summer, our room did not have air con and a window that only slightly opens so I can imagine this could be a problem but since we were there in feb this was not a problem for us although we did have to turn the heater down and open the window when we 1st entered the room. Several large car parks within a min walk including the hotels own, these range from £10-£15 per 24hour. We had a great experience in this Hotel and Cardiff in general the shopping area there is the best I have seen in any city, would definitely go back and use this hotel again as long as we are not in a heat wave.

The room was of a better standard than we have had in the Cardiff Hilton. Would use again.
“COULDN'T BE SITED BETTER”
The hotel couldn't be in a better place, right opposite the Arena and just outside the door the new St Davids shopping centre. It has had a recent refurbishment which has worked well, making it bright and clean. All the staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
“Such a handy hotel for City Visits”
My friend and I are just back from staying at the Park Inn Cardiff City Centre and we were well pleased with the stay. The hotel is lovely and modern, the service is friendly and efficient. The only down-side was that while we were there they were undertaking major construction in Cardiff on a new addition to the St David's shopping centre, unfortunately for us that happened to be exactly outside our hotel! What made this okay was that the when the windows were shut we couldnt hear a thing of what was going on outside. The hotel is very central; a 5 minute walk from central station, a two minute walk from Queen street station and Queen street itself. There is also a big cinema and bar right beside the hotel and the Cardiff International Arena was across the road. It was the perfect place for us to stay and we will be back!
“Great Stay”
Immaculate hotel. The bathroom especially clean. I felt I was the first to use it. The bedding was also fresh and clean washable duvet cover, neatly pressed. I would reccomend and return myself.
“Bedding”
Very clean. Comfortable. Lack of a warm duvet. However when extra bedding was requested, it was given promptly. Room was nice and warm too as it hand custom heating. Great reception area, good service.
