"Hotel was lovley and well presented. It was clean and very welcoming.
The front of house staff were so polite and professional and really helpful.
However, when using the spa facilities we found 2 female members of the spa staff unhelpful and 1 was extremely snooty and rude.
We were told when we booked in that when we go down to use the spa facilities to take our room key and card as evidence we were guests staying and to obtain our robes and slippers.
Upon asking a member of staff for these...
"The hotel is located very close to the train station, as well as only a 5 minute walk from the shopping centre. It is in a very ideal location, just on the edge of the nightlife, so it isn't as loud as other places may be.
The room had comfortable beds, with clean sheets, as well as a working shower (with a door lock), iron & board, TV, and AC."

5/5 Excellent
"This is an excellent option for a traveller on a budget. The location in the center of Cardiff is super convenient and very close to the train station. I only stayed one night and unfortunately was unable to connect to the hotel's wifi. I am unsure if this is an ongoing issure or simply bad luck. It was not something vital for me during my single night stay, especially as I had excellent cellular reception. However, I would be remiss in not mentioning it for any travellers that rely on hotel wifi."

"Not far from city centre, bus stops in both directions very close, food options close by. Spa is wonderful and staff is friendly. Rooms are just like pictured and very nice. Would definitely stay again !"
