We had a fantastic stay here! The staff were friendly and attentive (and didn’t mind my poor attempts at Japanese!), the facilities including the Onsen were fantastic. Free drinks on the third floor was a nice surprise, and the dinner was spectacular. Breakfast is traditional Japanese so don’t expect eggs and bacon (think fish and rice), but also super! Room was comfy and clean, the outside bath was brilliant too! Highly recommended!!

There are 2 top tier restaurants, a spa with great aromatherapy massage service, there is a relax room on the 12F of the main building with excellent views of Mt Fuji on a clear day. Breakfast has a choice of Japanese style or western and the 2 restaurants including Teppanyaki or Italian. Finally there are nice walks around the garden and pond area as well as a public bath which is well maintained. The hotel seems almost brand new!...
