With breakfast and dinner are provided with kaiseki style, it was prepared properly and organized. Staff are kind and friendly. The room has tatami mats and very clean with outdoor bathtubs. Although the facility is kinda run down, we still enjoy our stay. The train station is just next to the hotel and bus stop is right outside the hotel. Private Tub on the balcony, incredible kaiseki meals, right at the base of the tram and train arrival. Had a 10 pm ramen bar and an afternoon snack bar. Towels had a certain smell to them too. There are 3 private onsen rooms too, but you have to wait for a while because there is no time limit. Dinner and breakfast were included and delicious. Overall it is clean and comfortable though. It is close to the Gora station and it is so convenient to travel around. Our stay included dinner and breakfast. Food is good and the servers are excellent. I like the 3 private onsens a lot. The food for the half board was so good and the facility was beautiful. We went when it was snowing and the view from our hotel balcony was stunning. The private baths were also really nice as well as the public baths. It was a walking distance from the station so it was a breeze to get there (\~5min walk). For being my first time in Japan and on an onsen, everything was easy to understand. The staff were also very helpful.
