This hotel has exceptionally friendly staff. On arrival I was tired and couldn't find where to park so the hotel night manager talked me through the directions and made sure I found the spaces reserved for the hotel (there is a charge). Our stay at The Westminster was fabulous. The room was great and the staff vent above and beyond, especially VJ in the concierge team.

Unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. Stayed at Baileys multiple times over the past few years, a lovely, comfy, traditional London hotel with out the ostentatious bling. Friendly and helpful staff, stones throw from good transportation for London exploration. The only slight negative, no bedside clock, so had to check my phone or Ipad for time in the wee small hours.

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

A wonderful hotel. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Perfect location for shopping and eating and access to transport.

Welcomed by reception team, room clean, comfortable and cosy. Great shower with l’occtane toiletries. Coffee machine, hairdryer, iron etc all in room. Parking available on site at extra cost but no spaces so we had to park on nearby road . Great stay overall

We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff. The location also worked great for us, close to all locations of interest and associated public transport. First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)
