A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such an enjoyable relaxing environment, me and my partner stayed for one night as it was my birthday and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

I took my daughter as a surprise for her 30th birthday to the Sunborn Yacht.
We received a friendly welcome in the stunning reception area, and they stored our luggage until check-in time, whilst we had lovely afternoon tea I'd booked prior to arrival. It was £40, but included a cocktail, unlimited tea and coffee, and delicious fresh sandwiches, scones and patisserie.
We were given an upgraded cabin, which was wonderful, and everything we could have hoped for : waterside view and balcony, and...

This was our second stay at The Rembrandt and we really couldn't fault it. It's now our go to hotel when we're in the area, one of the best we've stayed in in London.

This is a unique and characteristic hotel with lots of history and amazing architecture. The scenery, gardens and the estate overall are simply gorgeous. The spa and the outdoor pool area is also very nice especially in good weather (it may be difficult to find a lounger when it is sunny though). The room I stayed in was nicely decorated with wood panellings and period furnitures; bed was very comfortable as well. However, if you love modern luxury, you may be disappointed with the rooms since...

Really lovely, well located hotel. Seamless check in from a very friendly member of staff. Glass of fizz available in reception. Fantastic executive room on floor 12 next door to each other. Complimentary drinks in the executive lounge (timed). Nice buffet breakfast with a very friendly, helpful guy, Abdul, showing us to our table etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Once again this was an excellent place to come and relax. The spa is incredible, the food superb and the service is top notch. Drinks at the pool are pricey but one of life’s necessities. Stay for two nights and leave 5pm on the second day. Book spa appointments well in advance.

We discovered once into our room that the bed was not a king size bed as booked so went downstairs to ask why. The initial response was that the bed was as booked but measurements prices otherwise. I spoke to Quentin the manager on duty and he was amazing. He apologised for the mistake and moves us to another room, bigger room, and provided a drink voucher each and breakfast. This was over and above what I was expecting as just the change in room would have been enough… Quentin went over and...

What a fabulous hotel. I am happy to highly recommend. Friendly, professional staff. Clean and well equipped room and spotless shower room with lovely towels. The food was a very high standard with plenty of choice for everyone. The bar entertainment on Friday night was excellent. The pool and spa facilities were 'the icing on the cake' ..clean warm pool big enough to have a good swim. Sauna, steam room and hot tub were also excellent. I was so pleased with this hotel. This hotel is beautiful. The staff are really great and where do kind to us. Only feedback is that the pool is not really a pool. The spa is stunning but small so feels very busy. Would 100% stay again.

Really cool adult vibe, room was much bigger than photos look.
Amazing location for Old Compton street, theatres and China town all within 5/10 min walk and Piccadilly Circus underground a few mins away.
Allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours when we checked out so we could carry on exploring. Staff really helpful!
