5/5 Excellent
"Quiet and safe area, but very close to everything in London. Many restaurants as well in the area. Good place to stay to enjoy London, while avoiding the crowd . "
"I had a great stay. Only one night but the staff were friendly and helped me with any questions, the place was really nice and clean and quiet too. The ability to manage the lights from my bedside was convenient too. Would recommend to stay here. They also held my bags as well after I had checked out, which allowed me to go out without having to carry my luggage around for the day."

"Room very good, had everything even a fridge. Room very snug but we only used it for sleeing so didnt bother us. Very clean. Would definitely use again. "
"I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly.
This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities.
The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. I understand that commercially it's a balance in keeping guests and those hosting private events happy but maybe knock the sound down a little?
Overall a fantastic stay and the food is excellent!"

"The hotel is inexpensive, clean and comfortable. It's located in a leafy part of Ealing near the common and not too far from the Ealing Broadway tube."
