Areas to improve: Worn carpets in hallways and room. The bathroom area needed sprucing up. Grout in particular needs attention. Worn in parts. Early evidence of mould.
Still using miniature toiletries. In future - Could transition to larger bottles on wall and reduce plastic waste.
Apart from that, reasonably ok overall.
Would use again if travelling on a morning flight from Heathrow T5. "
