"Clean room"

"Some payable parking around the area of the hotel, with reasonable enough charges. Staff very nice indeed. Room pretty clean and comfortable. Breakfast a little disappointing, although again, clean restaurant area and decent coffee. Location for underground couldn't be better - created some noise in the room from the tracks, but didn't disturb our sleep and fantastic for convenience if travelling into the city centre etc. All in all, we would definitely stay here again, especially at the reasonable price we paid. Thank you to the staff for being very pleasant indeed."

"Great location, very helpful and friendly staff. Only downside was the streetlight right outside our room which lit the room overnight round the edges of the curtain! Also our room faced the street which meant being woken by the binmen at 4am on a Sunday morning!!"

"Did it use 'business facilities'. Shops I would want to use were not nearby. Tried onsite cafe and did not want to use again.Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Room not cleaned properly. Cost was overvalued."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL - ITS CLOSED AND THEY DIDN’T WARN ME - DROVE OVER THREE HOURS TO ARRIVE AT A HOTEL THAT CLEARLY HASNT BEEN OPERATIONAL FOR WEEKS. No emails or notifications from the owners/management. No one answering the phone calls I was making to them Yesterday to question why no one was there. Had to book a replacement hotel on the day I was meant to check-in and obviously paid through the nose. To top it all off, Expedia haven’t issued a refund because they want to speak to the hotel first…. They are going to be waiting a long time because they won’t get a response from anyone because they have upped and left! "

"The room was very clean and quiet with room size larger than central London hotels. The lighting was appalling and needs to be improved. The healthy continental breakfast (extra charge) is excellent. All staff very friendly. We arrived an hour before check-in time. Our room was ready but you either pay an extra 10 pounds for access or wait. Not happy with that !. "

"We were greeted immediately as we entered the hotel. Staff were all friendly and very willing to help in any way. The room was very clean. Great shower, although there is a gap between shower screens which made the floor wet but solved when angled the shower away from the screen. Nice choice of Dove hand wash, shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was buffet style and a good selection of hot drinks from the vending machine. Nice touch offering “grab and go bags”. On the slightly down side, some traffic noise so maybe ask for a room away from the front if a lighter sleeper. Quite a few takeaways around but the restaurants are just under a mile away. Tube stations too and a fair way away."
