"Excellent service, warm welcome. Plates and cutlery loaned for our takeaway from a local restaurant. Early check-in offered as rooms were ready. This really helped my octogenarian mother who'd had a long drive up to London. Wifi excellent access. Location superb for tube and buses and all the different food and drink venues. Everything was clean. One of our 2 rooms is beginning to show signs of wear and tear but I've no doubt it's on their list of renovations. "

Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and shower was very good. Close to tube station and other amenities. I fully recommend Park Plaza London Park Royal and will stay there again when I am in London."
