"Excellent service, warm welcome. Plates and cutlery loaned for our takeaway from a local restaurant. Early check-in offered as rooms were ready. This really helped my octogenarian mother who'd had a long drive up to London. Wifi excellent access. Location superb for tube and buses and all the different food and drink venues. Everything was clean. One of our 2 rooms is beginning to show signs of wear and tear but I've no doubt it's on their list of renovations. "

"Staff are very courteous and efficient. They put our 2 rooms next to each other without me having to ask. Rooms were excellent, bed and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and shower was very good. Close to tube station and other amenities. I fully recommend Park Plaza London Park Royal and will stay there again when I am in London."
