"We rarely get a break from our business so we are always so happy to find little gems like the Brocket. We loved the relaxed charm of the whole place. The roads accessing it may be a little windy & tight but Ayot is such a beautiful area it is worth the trip. We parked outside the pub & were greeted by the friendly team who showed us the room which had water left out & tea/coffee making facilities. It's everything you would expect from a 14th century inn. Beautiful features, lovely garden (we loved feeding the guinea pigs). We ate lunch on the second day & the food was fab. Breakfast each morning was very relaxed (available until 10am, alot of places could earn from this). Nice selection at breakfast & we loved the lady who served us throughout such a character. If you return late to the hotel, make sure you have the front door key, thankfully the owner lives on site so we managed to get in. If you fancy exploring there are several walks in the area with qr code for all on the entrance wall. We opted for the short loop walk which was beautiful. We ate locally at Megans on the Green in Welwyn Garden which was lovely & the town has an array of shops. Will certainly visit again & please remember it is a 14th century inn & if things don't work be patient. Thanks for a lovely stay. "

"Close to motorway but tucked away from any noise. Large car park, large pub and lots of amenities on your doorstep. Limited Internet was my only problem but it may have been due to the storm."

"What can i say about Tewinbury Farm Hotel other then WOW!! Its such a lovely place and was my second stay here. First stay was in the Lincoln red room with the hot tub and was lovely however this time i wanted to try one of the Lake huts and was giving the Cornflower hut and i was not disappointed in the slightest. The cabin is surprisingly spacious and is very well thought out with a great view over the lake and the alfresco bath tub which was amazing. I would highly recommend spending a night in once of these huts as it really did feel like a special place."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Zarza House. Very clean with good outdoor space. It was a great base to visit Harry Potter Studios and only 25 mins into London on the train. Lots of places to eat at the Galleria - less than 10 mins walk away."

"A lovely newly renovated house with a large garden with furniture. A very quiet area. Very clean and comfortable. We had an issue on check out, Samuel was very responsive. "

"My husband and I enjoyed a 12 night stay at this guesthouse. We mainly used it for sleeping as spent majority of time at our daughter’s and family’s house nearby. Location was perfect for our needs and amenities as well.Communication with the management company Pass the Keys was very good and responded promptly to any questions we had.As the weather turned quite warm during our stay, having a fan available would have been helpful or a key access to open the top window in the main living area.Thank you and we would certainly stay there again."
