"Not the best experience. Cool, art deco building and room, but… No signage for the hotel at all. It’s within the town hall. Bad directions for parking. I had 2 horrible bites, which may be nothing to do with the hotel, of course. It seems like the hotel is an afterthought, when the town hall is not fully in use. Felt like a room in an office block."

"We stayed here as we were local to the area having moved away from London. Although our room was a little on the small side, it had all the amenities that we needed. The bed was so comfortable and there was air con in the room. The bathroom was modern and the shower was good. The overall appearance of this hotel is excellent and everything was spotless. We found the staff particularly friendly and helpful (shout out to Maria) and took pride in their customer interactions. The breakfast was a good portion size and cooked to order. We will return."

"It was ok. Hallways and stairs need updating. Very odd that every single guest was required to have their ID copied. TV was broken/wonky. Not enough room in the breakfast room. Said they had gluten free bread but don’t think it was understood. Only Full english, or veggie/vegan breakfast on the menu, and nothing else seemed to be understood. Managed to get eggs but not with anything else so was still hungry. Not too noisy. Staff were friendly. Handy location for Emirates Stadium. Saved us a lot of travel issues."

"The staff was so kind and helpful. For example, I’m American, so I didn’t understand why the switches weren’t working, so they explained the little card slot to me. They were also super kind and made me a pizza even though the kitchen was closed for dinner, since I got lost trying getting back in time. The breakfast was pretty good (i miss my pancakes lol), the room was clean, and it was very close by to a couple bus stations so not too far a walk. With the grocery store right behind it was easy to get anything I needed that I had forgotten. :)<3"
