"Read the reviews and was having second thoughts. Very bad fishy smell coming from the corridors. Not much help from the staff. Breakfast was charged at £10 and was cold and tasteless. One bed was broken, complained and still wasn't replaced. Stayed 2 nights, expected fresh bedding and towels etc for 2nd day but nothing. Absolutely terrible experience. Will stick to Premier Inn next time"

"Just returned from a one night stay. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff were all friendly, efficient and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, piping hot with good quality ingredients. Only negative was a slightly squeaky bed and pillows not soft enough for my liking. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we are in the area"

"On their website, it states free parking, which was one of the reasons we chose it. When we arrived, the manager told us it wasn't free, it was £5. Also when we used the shower, it was angled (couldn't adjust it) and it ended up spraying onto the floor in the bathroom and we had to mop up the flood"
