"For a UK hotel, it was very good. We paid A LOT extra to have an amazing room with a view over the Thames and access to the club lounge. We had a complimentary bottle of wine and some toffees in the room which was a really nice touch. Standard of room was as expected. Lounge was also very nice for a UK hotel (always disappointing compared to many abroad). Towels were a bit disappointing - not very fluffy. Bedroom and soft furnishings were comfortable. Overall, had a great stay."

"This is a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is perfect for the traveler who just uses the room to sleep and shower. We are on the go all the time so we don't need luxery. Charming neighborhood with plenty to do and eat in the evenings. Very safe! Acroas the street feom a grocery store which was a plus for us. Close to all the London attractions. Bathrooms were extremely tiny but expected that."
