"It’s a good property next to the river, my suite didn’t really have a beautiful view but it was nice. It’s about 130 baht to get a Grab ride into the old town which is good. The price is not expensive, it’s a good deal."

The property is small and boutique like (just 14 rooms), very nice and top quality. The staff are what makes the property so nice. Yumi, the manageress could not do enough for us, but also all the other staff too were so nice and welcoming. Breakfast almost seemed like having your own personal chef. The only down sides with the property are what quite a few other guests have commented on, and that is the fact that the hotel is quite a way out of town (a taxi needed both directions), and that the...

This hotel is fantastic if you're looking for an authentic Thai experience with comfortable rooms and a very friendly owner (and mum)
The room style was to our taste, the location was a short ride away to the main tourist attractions (about 40b per person). The owner Toy and her mum were welcoming and helpful but never overbearing. A great place and I would stay here again.

A wonderful couple of days in this beautifully designed hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. Fantastic refreshing pool after sightseeing. Close to everything but so peaceful. If you stay must have dinner at the stunning Faces restaurant. Have a few drinks at the chilled out, cool Chai bar beforehand , both a 2 minute walk from the hotel . We'll be back!

From the moment our group of four ( two couples) arrived the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the beds comfy, wi fi works all around the hotel and at night incense sticks were lit outside your room to help stop the midges coming in. This is an excellent hotel and also looks the part! The staff are pleasant and the rooms are big and spacious and beautifully fitted out. The breakfast is somewhat limited but as there are only 19 rooms you cannot expect a massive selection. It is located near the Night Bizzar so easy to walk in and out of town. So, many thanks to Joe and his Team for a most enjoyable stay. Give it a go...you will not be disappointed.
