Very good location close to Tha Pae Gate. Easy to get to the old city, wats and night markets etc. Clean, modern hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Simple but adequate breakfast. Good coffee. On a very small soi so pickups for tours etc are often on the larger cross streets.
