However the hotel rooms are worn and look very old, it seems that it used to be a pleasant hotel but not anymore. In my room the sewage smell was so strong that I had to keep the bathroom door closed permanently. The AC grills were filthy and the room was not clean, there was a lot of dust and dirt below the beds. The restaurant around this hotel are below average. The hotels is being refurbished - February 2016 - so expect banging noise during the day. It's too far from everything except the train station.... You need a motorbike or a bike or a car... Dealing with tuktuk or songtaew drivers everytime is very annoying... The food taste so much of MSG so in the end i ate only fruits..
