It's a cozy space run by sisters (who in fairness do remind me of one of my aunts). Check-in was easy enough, but note that there is no elevator for those who have heavy or large suitcases. There is also a cat on property (rooms are kept very clean) but just a note to those with severe allergies. We often had to ask for things at the front desk (more toilet paper, batteries for the air-conditioner remote, etc. - hence the familial feel over a hotel/guest house feel). We had an early morning tour pick up and the chef in the restaurant adjacent to the property would not be in till later so they went out and bought some sandwiches, water, juice, and crackers for us to go. There was also a mix-up with the pull-out bed/additional bed we needed in the room, but they did try really hard to communicate with us and even gave us back the additional charge of the extra bed because of the inconvenience which was very thoughtful of them. Very pleased. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was very comfy. We didn't choose breakfast but you could help yourself to tea and coffee. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Old City, temple and Night Bazarre Market.
