It’s a simple hotel offering clean rooms with good bed linen. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the old city and we enjoyed the new year celebrations. The staff were helpful and we enjoyed the breakfast which is provided for an additional charge. The rooms have a wooden front so sounds from the street can easily be heard. The front desk staff was very accommodating. The hotel even gave us a cake for my daughter's birthday! So sweet of them. For a budget hotel, I would say that the room was acceptable although the actual room was more run-down than those found on their website. The location was good. It's about a 7 walk to Tha Phae Gate or the Night Market. Made-to-order breakfast was sufficient. There are two major issues though. 1) The hotel is next to a temple which has roosters crowing at 5am for about half and hour everyday.
