The front desk staff was very accommodating. The hotel even gave us a cake for my daughter's birthday! So sweet of them. For a budget hotel, I would say that the room was acceptable although the actual room was more run-down than those found on their website. The location was good. It's about a 7 walk to Tha Phae Gate or the Night Market. Made-to-order breakfast was sufficient. There are two major issues though. 1) The hotel is next to a temple which has roosters crowing at 5am for about half and hour everyday. Early check in is not allow as the room is not ready. Situated just next to a temple. Walking distance to the night bazaar and local market. Breakfast menu is fixed everyday. The staff was very helpful when we asked for details for the local and patiently introduce the local tours to us and even offered us a breakfast box when got to know that we are going for local trip early in the morning. In addition, one of the staff even offered us the umbrellas when raining without we even ask for it. The room was clean and the water bottles is replenished everyday. The room look vintage and classic with wood flooring. The room surroundings is very quiet with a chair outside of the room. The only downside is the room soundproof is not very good as i can hear some noises from the next door. Très bien situé a proximité de thapae gate. Le personnel est très sympathique et donne plein d informations sur la ville. Petite restauration possible sur place a des tarifs très corrects. Convenient location few mins walk to night market,ta pae gate, warorot market. Friendly staff. Cons are hot water very low pressure .
