Upon arrival to the property, the building itself is cozy and not hard to find. There are no stairs which we weren’t aware of. The ac controller wasn’t working so they fixed it for me. The toilette had no shower do so when you shower water is all over the place making it hard to use the restroom afterwards. They don’t give you much toiletries. The breakfast is just toast coffee and tea. The laundry service is amazing though and the staff is friendly but get through things quickly without properly explaining it.

All you need

I find it a very good low budget hotel. The room has all you need, staff is very friendly, there is a pool area and a small snack is offered for free in the morning. Good location in the old town, but it requires a long walk to the night market. Wifi is working fine.

Stayed there a week in July, it's quiet, clean and functional, the hotel's staff are outstandingly brilliant: all really helpful, and very efficient. Hotel itself is in a good location. On a quiet backstreet, but it's within walking distance to various tourist sites, motorbike/scooter/bike hire; and also plenty of street food vendors & restaurants, some bars, 7/11 etc. If like myself your going out most of the day & embrace the opportunity of eating out in Chaing mai, then the Hotel has most things you need: ensuite rooms; mini fridge, desk & TV in rooms; a quick (very, very basic) breakfast (i.e. juice, cereal, toast, jam, tea, coffee); pool area & outside seating; fridge with beers and cold drinks available to circa 10.30pm; CCTV in corridors, night time security, laundry facilities. Comfy bed, and rooms & linen were clean (although their towels were quite old and frayed). Btw: Suggest downloading the "Grab" App when you arrive - it's very good for arranging local transport in Thailand.

Perfect, cozy stay

I enjoyed the facilities enormously. Everything was great, nice pool, clean room, friendly staff, breakfast coffee, cereal and toast, close to the public park (which is nice for children). No complaints at all.

The hotel is good value and close to Wat Prha Singh although further sway than Ibrealised from the main eating and drinking areas. Swimming pool was good although would have benefitted from some umbtellas by the loungers as no shade. I was disappointed in the room though, ineffective aircon made nights noisy and hot, the bathroom was not that clean on arrival and the same dirt remained after a couple of room make ups. Couldn't believe there were no hooks in the room at all. You pay for what you get here.....although a bit more cleanliness and some hooks would've not cost anything much

Affordable hotel at the perfect location

Nice stay. The hotel is in the middle of the old city that I can walk around. Surprisingly, the hotel offer free light breakfast and that a plus.

L'albergo è situato in posizione comoda all'interno della città vecchia, in zona tranquilla e defilata dal traffico. A piedi si raggiunge qualsiasi punto della zona vecchia con ristoranti, templi e locali per bere qualcosa. La struttura è nuova e la camera, anche se un po' piccola, è pulita e accogliente e viene riordinata e pulita tutti i giorni. Il personale è cortese e disponibile in ogni cosa. Lo consiglio.

Wifi trouble.

The biggest upset was that the wifi did not work at all within the room. We asked for help but they just gave us the same password. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and kind. The room itself was fine, but the pillows were pretty hard.

This is an older place and for the price, it was about what you would expect. I've stayed in a number of hotels in Chiang Mai and I can say that the Nanya's bed was probably the most comfortable, only because they used a piece of foam (not memory foam) on top of the horrid Thai mattresses. On a budget, this place is fine, but falls below my comfort level.

Loved my stay here!

I loved my stay at Nanya Hotel. The room was spacious with lots of natural light and views over a big green space. The street the hotel is on is nice and quiet but feels really safe. Close to everything - old Chiang Mai, malls, Nimman Rd & Airport. Pool area and gym were great as well. Would totally recommend this hotel!

저녁 21시 30분경 체크인을 하는데 다른 투숙객에게 안내를 20분 이상 해서 계속 대기 하느라 좀 힘들었습니다. 프론트 직원은 매우 친절 합니다. 수영장 관리가 잘되고 있어서 매일 수영을 해서 좋았습니다. 침대도 높고 단단한 고가 침대이고 사이즈가 매우 큰 퀸 사이즈여서 편했습니다. 아침 조식도 제공되는데 토스트와 오렌지 음료, 우유, 커피, 코코아 차, 녹차가 제공됩니다. 성안에 위치하고 있어서 여행 다니기 편리 합니다. 추천할 숙소 입니다! I was checking in at about 21:30 in the evening, and there was another guest, and it was hard to wait for more than 20 minutes to wait for the guide. The front desk staff is very friendly. It is a little uncomfortable because it is a hostel without elevator. Swimming pool management was good and it was good to swim everyday. Bed was high, solid high-priced bed, and size was very big Queen size was convenient. Breakfast is also available, including toast and orange drinks, milk, coffee, cocoa tea and green tea. Located in the city, it is convenient to travel. It is recommended accommodation!

Great service!

Great location in old town. We received the best service at this hotel in all our time in Thailand (1 month) at comparable prices hotels. They helped with booking tours and answered lots of questions. They have a simple (but free) breakfast. Although we didn’t use the pool, we saw many people enjoying it. There is a self serve laundry facility on the same block as the hotel, which was very convenient. We did have some trouble with the strength of the wifi on the 4th floor, but on the main floor there was a good connection and lots of tables to sit at. Would return to this hotel.

Lovely stay at a good price.

Staff was helpfull, room and pool clean and I like that on the road outside of the hotel, it was easy to catch a taxi. The only thing I could say is that the rooms are not so insulated so we can hear what's happening in the hallway clearly

Good to explore city

Hotel near to Wat Phra Singh & Sunday walking street. Hotel pool, laundry, tour & scooter rental, free toast/coffee 7am -10am. Room clean & recently refurbished, wetroom with electric shower, good a/c ,staff very helpful & pleasant.

Cheap and kinda cheerful

This hotel is very good value for money for a hotel with a swimming pool. It's clean and rooms are a good size... but it lacks a bit of soul. It would definitely benefit from a some extra touches to add some character, like pictures on the walls, more trees around the pool and more comfortable sun loungers. Also somewhere to hang clothes in the room would be great.
