We loved how calm it felt and the staffs were all amazing people. They truly helped us with every question and supported us where required. The breakfast choice is smaller than what you’d expect from larger hotels, but we found each dish to be well cooked and delicious. It was definitely a great experience for us coming to Chiang Mai for the first time, and the hotel really gave us how truly amazing the Chiang Mai is. A professional outfit and nice little touches like lighting insence outside your room. I had my laundry done and it came back so clean and fresh smelling all nicely folded. The breakfast offers something for everyone and afternoon tea provides some lovely cakes. The swimming pool and quality sun beds and side tables are very comfortable. Shame there isnt more.
