"The staff was very kind and very helpful Quick with response. However, a check out time I was very shocked about how much extra I have to spend on top of what I have already paid for."
"I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. "This was a nice place for a cheap price on a very beautiful piece of property which was very well kept.
Breakfast was offered in the mornings in the pool area, cleaning is available on request just by putting the sign on the door before leaving the room for the day.
Of course, very friendly staff! I will most likely be returning to this hotel when I return in April for songkran festival!"
"Perfect location to temples, street food, and the viral fern forest cafe. I stayed 5 days,
I do wish there was a couple drawers for clothes, There was only a long bar/counter for my items but other than that it was perfect."
"I nicely put my skin care and cosmetics on the table and took a picture of it before left the room. But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room. Then we never asked for the cleaning service again on the next day."
"A nice resort for a few nights, and it's relatively affordable to use rideshare or taxis to get to and from the city in addition to the shuttle service. "
