It’s a great launchpad for activities in the Old City and Chiang Rai. It’s definitely not a full blown resort, but it is very quiet and peaceful with a timeless charm and aesthetic. Staff was amazing

We spent my birthday and wedding anniversary at the RatiLanna Hotel. It was fabulous and the staff were beyond welcoming and friendly. I’d recommend anyone to stay at the hotel to experience true Thai hospitality and Lanna architecture. Five stars indeed!

We loved our stay! The staff was helpful and so gracious. We loved the authentic Thai feel of the grounds and our room. Our meals were excellent, and the spa outstanding. We spent 5 nights there and had spa services on 2 afternoons. My husband had sciatica and received a Thai massage that totally cleared his symptoms. Highly recommend!!!

What a gorgeous and unique resort!!! The staff were wonderfully nice and helpful. The room was spacious, inviting, and unique; loved how it really made you feel like you were living in Thai luxury. Coming from Bangkok where it is so busy and loud this was exactly the change of pace I needed. Sitting on the balcony over looking the Ping river brought immediate serenity! The pool was amazing with lots of shady spots to relax. The swim up bar staff were so helpful and my daughter adored the virgin piña coladas!! We will definitely be staying here when we come back to Chiang Mai!!

This resort was amazing. Probably my all time favorite. The service is great and the rooms are huge and well appointed with a water feature in the bathroom. It’s small enough to quickly get around yet has everything you need.

Beautiful hotel set right next to the river. The room was adorned with lots of cool artwork, had nice wooden finishing, and lots of space. I loved how they also had fresh fruit waiting for us in our room. The staff were very hospitable and helped make the stay very enjoyable. Overall would recommend this place and would stay there again if I go back to Chiang Mai.

Had a wonderful stay at RatiLanna. The room was very nice as was the resort itself. It’s not a White Lotus level type place but is a very good value for the price. Staff was super friendly and helpful and arranged two tours through them with an incredible private driver who took us all over northern Thailand. There is an amazing restaurant on the river about 100 meters away
