I stayed in other places in CM and the food has always been good in other places. The food and drinks at buffet breakfast were not tasty at all, the egg station was ok, the staff at breakfast was forgetful and will keep forgetting things that you ask for, that happened to many other customers too. They need better food both western and Thai for a resort that’s charging comparatively high prices. I found the staff service was lazy at breakfast and very low in general welcome. Parts of resort were under construction/renovation. For a luxury resort, there was no complimentary items from the minibar and tea bags provided was of cheaper quality.
