Very friendly and helpful staff. Always very clean and well kept throughout the day.
Great place to stay for Songkran! Pool and rooms were great. Only downside is mosquitos in room.
Great little place in the heart of Chiang Mai makes it accessible to all important surrounding areas. The staff was always very nice and polite and even given us a free souvenir! What a nice people. The place was sparkly clean. I would rate this place much higher than a 5star hotel in Bangkok.

I asked for a quiet room and a bed topper for extra comfort and they were very accommodating. Have ...
Not a bad word to say. Really good, service location and facilities
This staff (owner?) are amazingly nice--helpful and sweet and warm. Great hosts in a lovely property right by the moat and SO close to everything. It was a real pleasure staying there and I highly recommend it to anyone!!

It was a beautiful hotel. Well staffed and very friendly. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The only slight issue I had was with the American breakfast. It was not very good but it was free. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
The property was still close enough to most convenience store and restaurants/shops to walk. It was quaint - something to be expected from a boutique.
