The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room had all the amenities needed, it was great to retreat to the air conditioned room after a long day of walking around the city. The bed was also very comfortable and the morning breakfasts were lovely. Only downside was the shower pressure was low and not hot. The property is located in an alley way. There are many steep steps from the entrance to the reception that is cumbersome for large luggage. They should install ramps. Might be a little tough to find the first time, but it was peaceful. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Only drawback was the pool was not operational, which was one thing we were looking for. The hot water worked great for us and breakfast was delicious. If you have to leave early they will pack you a simple breakfast. They helped arrange our airport transportation and also confirmed with our tour guides for separately booked trips. English ability was adequate. The only negatives are that the walls are kind of thin, and it's down a short alley that can feel unsafe in the dark. Next door a new building is under construction so once that is build, hopefully it will be well lit and make the alley feel safer.
