The villa offers peace and is ideally located on the edge of Los Romanes village, within easy walking distance of all amenities.     Bedroom one has air conditioning, while bedroom two is equipped with a ceiling fan. Vista Montana is designed for easy indoor–outdoor living. The brand-new, fully equipped open-plan kitchen flows into the lounge and dining area—perfect for leisurely breakfasts, shared dinners, and cozy nights in. Four furnished balconies let you follow the sun, each with stunning views of La Maroma mountain and Lake Viñuela. The same scenery can be enjoyed from every window. Spend long days by your private pool and in the large fenced garden, or relax on the sun deck to take in breathtaking views of the lake and surroundings.



    You’ll have exclusive use of a large private pool and a fully fenced garden with orange, lemon, fig, pomegranate, and olive trees. Use the outdoor BBQ, dine under the sky, and unwind in complete privacy. A large gated driveway makes parking easy.

Schoon huis op mooie locatie, basics werken niet dus betaalt te veel

Pros: Het huis had een mooi zwembad, mooie uitzichten. De host was erg vriendelijk maar heeft onze problemen niet kunnen oplossen. Cons: Elektriciteitproblemen: de basics voor een gezin kan je niet goed gebruiken. Waterkoker, vaatwasser, magnetron, föhn waren niet te gebruiken omdat de energie / aardlekschakelaar elke keer uitschakelde. Hierbij schakelde ook de koelkast, vriezer en airco uit. Ook als je de airco's uitzet en de andere apperatuur wilde gebruiken sloeg de elektriciteit uit. De elektricien gaf aan dat er teveel op een groep stond geschakeld. Dit is een slechte zaak voor een luxe en duur appartement Airco: in 1 van de 2 slaapkamers bevindt zich geen airco. Aan die zijde gaat de zon onder dus de kamer is echt in de zomer te heet. De kamer krijg je niet via de woonkamer gekoeld. De kinderen moesten in de woonkamer slapen Badkamer problemen: de badkamer rook vaak naar riool. Er is geen douchestang aanwezig en de douchekop stak ver boven de afscheidingswand uit waardoor de badkamer elke keer drijfnat was. Het duurde soms wel 3 min voordat het water warm was.
