Hotel is a bit worn, but they are VERY busy renovating rooms. Lovely pool! Everyone is really nice.

El hotel es anticuado y hay algunos lugares donde se puede ver la pintura descascarada, pero a pesar del desgaste, es un lugar agradable. Es cómodo y limpio. Nos gustó el estacionamiento porque teníamos un camión lleno de mercancías y sentíamos que era seguro. Probablemente nos alojaríamos aquí de nuevo.

It's a great place to stay when you have a short visit to Villahermosa, however some rooms look a little old and it takes so much time to get warm water in the shower

Old and run down property
The photos of this property are in no way accurate for its present condition. This 1970s building was probably renovated in the 90s as the building is corroding and peeling. The bathroom was in good condition and the beds comfortable, but the first room had a very noisy air conditioner. When we asked to move, the manager should have offered to take us to review the condition of the new room. But I had to ask. Following this type of guest request, only a manager should make sure the guest experience is perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, including the bell boys, housekeepers and room service. Additionally, note the pet fee adds 43% to the room cost. That’s extremely high and was not available when booking. Hotels.com needs to force their partner properties to be transparent with pet fees and all other fees.

Great...
Great hotel, great location, great room... The hotel is next to do a lake and far away from traffic. In the middle of a large green garden next to the water. No noise at all. Our suite room was real large room with bedroom at the second floor.

Terrible hotel in Villahermosa
Outdated, old, dirty, uncomfortable and the AC works horribly (and they turn it off every time someone cleans your room, so when you come back, you cone back to an oven. The pool is not workin. Not worth what they charge. The food is terrible. Avoid at all costs. Fiesta Inn should think about not giving its name to this disaster

Garden Hotel by a lake
It was a business trip and the location was convenient. The thing standing out the most was the gardens. They have a nice swimming pool. The rooms are good size and the shower is great. The wifi was slow everyday but worked all the time. No interruptions.

there was lice on the pillow even though bed was comfortable and they cleaned the room again I just couldn't get over the fact that maybe I could get lice without knowing it.

Good morning, I regret to read that the perception of having seen lice in the bed was his vision, but I commented that there are some moths like flies that sometimes enter the room, but we have a constant and efficient fumigation program where It frees us of any insect, we hope to see you again for this your home and to greet you with pleasure.

The staff, bar, restaurant, and pool area were excellent, but the rooms were not very clean. I would stay here again in a pinch, but expect more from the fiesta inn as we stay at their other locations across Mexico quite often.

Outdated hotel and facilities. Although the listing says smoke free hotel, the first room we were offered stank of smoke. The second room was better but still a faint smell of smoke. The rooms and bathroom are old and outdated and don’t include simple things like a fridge or hand/body soap. There is a rude man on the front desk that took far too long at check out. I would not recommend staying here.

I would stay again
Everything was wonderful, the only thing that was a bit inconvenient was out air conditioning unit leaked water everyday. But staff, location, and service was amazing. I would stay here again!

I really liked its natural surroundings. A natural lagoon was about 15 meters from my room´s window. You could see natural birds, as well in the lagoon. The room was spaciously enough, you don´t feel like boxed in. I did not like the lack of cosmetic ammenities (there were too few). Years ago the Fiesta Inn´s brand had a better offering.

Very relaxing hotel
Hotel is situated in a very convenient area, close to nice restaurants. It has a lagoon full with all kind of animal species including alligators. It makes you feel you are in the jungle. Employees are very helpful y courteous. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Quality, clean, and safe hotel visit
The hotel was great for our business trip, as it was secure and clean. The onsite restaurant had a fairly quality breakfast as well. The area around the hotel was not very pedestrian friendly, much like most of VillaHermosa, but the hotel itself was nice. The gym had a stationary bike, a treadmill, an elliptical, and maybe another machine or two, which was all I needed for a quick work out. Overall, I'd recommend the Fiesta to businesses or families.
