"We were checked in early & upgraded which was a nice surprise. Room very clean, tea, coffee machine, reusable water bottles & gorgeous bar of chocolate all top notch. They’d stay with this hotel, highly recommend it."

"The door had little soundproofing. My room was across from some kind of club room, staff were clanking bottles and what sounded like power washing tubs or buckets from 10 to 11pm. Not great for a 4am wake up."

"Location is amazing, it’s a high quality hotel with nice amenities and friendly staff and the bars are amazing."

"Thought breakfast could have been better, no fried eggs had to ask, no pancakes, had to ask. Staff were quite rude, when I asked for cutlery she snapped back that I could get my own! Restaurant menu showed a lovely looking soag bol, when I asked, was told it was only a kids meal and they would not allow me to order it. Was told I could get it in room service! That's what I ended up doing but if they can do it on room service, I can't see why they good not do it in the restaurant. Some staff were quite rude , however reception staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not worth the cost. Don't think I would stay here again."
