The room has dishes and glasses, silverware, coffee and tea, and a mini fridge. It was very comfortable. When we come back to Edinburgh, will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone."

"We stayed one night at the Leonardo. We booked it for our last day/night in Edinburgh after a lovely tour of the Highlands. We booked there as it was in still close to the Royal Mile but its location made it easier easier to get a taxi to the airport after turning in our rental. 1. When we checked in we were informed our room was actually in the next building. We were told we could take the regular elevator or walk through a connected hallway on the ground level and take another elevator that served those rooms. We tried to take the first elevator. We couldn’t stop on the 4th floor where our room was. So, after several rides up and down, that opened up on other floors we got out and trekked down the “ hallway to the other elevator. The hallway was stark white. There was a grumpy man painting and it smelled terrible. We passed some restrooms and I think the smell was coming from there. It permeated the hallway. When we found the small elevator that serviced these other rooms, we made it to the "

"The room was not that clean, bald patch on the carpet, extractor fan in bathroom not sufficient as mirror steamed up after a shower. Also we were given a disabled access room instead of a standard double and not advised. Winter duvet was too warm.Woken by loud music. Disappointing stay."

"What a lovely guest house! Couldn’t have asked for more. Rooms were immaculate, bright and light! The location was perfect and the price fantastic. We stayed on the Easter weekend and everywhere was a fortune and this place saved the day. It’s only a two minute walk to leith walk, with shops and restaurants and bars. Then another 5-10 minutes walk up to princes street, if you can’t walk that the trams stop all the way along. This is an ideal place to stay for exploring Edinburgh. We will definitely be back! "
