"The room and beds were clean, place is in need of updating and apart from being woken at just after 3am by the fire alarm ( which is not hotels fault) we had a good stay and being able to bring our dog was a great asset."

This property was amazing, as were our hosts. Everyone went above & beyond to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The children loved the surprises on there pillows & meeting the adorable benji!
Us adults loved the the clean & spacious room, the warm welcome & the assistance shown.
We paid extra for breakfast & think that was extremely well priced, & very delicious!

Hotel public areas well laid out with nice comfortable seating, check in was prompt and easy. Room was well laid out, lovely spacious bathroom with a good sized walk in shower. Comfortable L shape sofa and a large tv and you can plug in your firestick if you want to watch your favourite tv shows. Bed was amazingly comfortable I had two fantastic sleeps didn’t awaken like I’d normally do. Across from hotel is Blackpool north train station which is where I arrived. What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . Thank you so much , we would definitely recommend you and will come back again some...

We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

Renovated in the past couple of years the property was in good nick. Nice decking out front looking towards the sea to sit on. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was excellent value god money and very tasty. Only bit of criticism is lack of parking space if the hotel is busy.

Great hotel at the home of football. First class service and first class food. Check in and out was well above the standard expected. Its so nice to be welcomed by a smiling face. As for the food, a small evening menu of choice, but well worth it and a credit to the staff who prepared it. I have finally found somewhere that can cook bacon the correct way for breakfast.(been travelling since 1984). The layout and presentation of the breakfast items, sets the standards for other hotels to follow....

Great independent hotel a stones throw away from Blackpool North train station.
Easy check in and clean basic rooms. Nothing luxury, but everything you need for a short break in Blackpool.
Excellent complimentary breakfast.
Would definitely recommend.
