"We stayed here just as a stop over and it was a very small and low double bed in a huge room. It wasnt the cleanest so I was glad I had slippers with me. Shower ceiling was too low for a 6'2 person so my partner had to crouch. The main parts of the hotel looked nice on arrival, but we didnt make use of it. Nice and quiet despite the location."

"Food was good, bed was murder 😩 i did ask for a topper but unfortunately they don't have them. They put a quilt under so we could sleep on that but it never made any difference. The only thing i would say that was bad about our stay was the mattress."

"Breakfast choice was decent enough if it wasn't reheated food from the day(s) before. Staff pleasent enough but had to keep asking and asking them to get any thing done! Receptionist was pretty rude when complained about a few things.. Arrived to a room with dog hair and pubes over the bedding, stained pillow cases, poo mark on the undersheet. Shower barely drained. No toilet brush in the bathroom. Hotel stunk of cannabis. No entertainment on the full week I was there despite it advertising nightly entertainment. First time in Blackpool and this hotel made sure it will be my last. It seems like they are housing homeless peoplr with the people hanging around outside it or passing through in the hotel, barely a tooth between most. Dog friendly which is fine, would have thought dogs would have been kept to a specific part of the hotel which was not the case, dogs barking through the night, rooms and linen infested with dog hair. Can say much much more but feel this will do for now. My friend made bullet points of all the issues when we stayed and it is literally never ending. Faulty towers 2.0 .. yes it's cheap but AVOID at all costs"

"Room was fine, nothing special but all I needed. Breakfast & dinner was as expected, reasonable choice if quite conventional but perfectly satisfactory. Some may not like the 'canteen style' dining but part of the hotel character. Amenities OK so decent value overall. Would stay again. "

"Food was great and would highly recommend eating here. Breakfast is expensive when not booked as part of the room deal. One of the reasons that we booked this hotel was as they had charging stations however when we did eventually find them we were unable to use the three pin connector available."
