"We only did a overnight stay as travelling, room was a lovely size, big comfy bed which we both had an amazing sleep in, only downfalls were some stains on the laminate flooring, the bathroom lock partially came off when attempting to use, a pack of tissues on the side with the hotel logo on it had something stuck to it which was a yellow in colour so they were put back where they were found. What a find ! This hotel was one of the best we have stayed at . The welcome was warm and friendly , nothing was too much trouble . Our breakfast was delicious and we loved how different times were available. The hotel offered an earlier check in time than many others and check out is 12 o clock which means on a weekend away you can manage a lie in and a long leisurely breakfast which was just what we needed . Thank you so much , we would definitely recommend you and will come back again some...

This property was amazing, as were our hosts. Everyone went above & beyond to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The children loved the surprises on there pillows & meeting the adorable benji!

Renovated in the past couple of years the property was in good nick. Nice decking out front looking towards the sea to sit on. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was excellent value god money and very tasty. Only bit of criticism is lack of parking space if the hotel is busy.

As for the food, a small evening menu of choice, but well worth it and a credit to the staff who prepared it. I have finally found somewhere that can cook bacon the correct way for breakfast.(been travelling since 1984). The layout and presentation of the breakfast items, sets the standards for other hotels to follow....

We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! We always stay here when in Southport which is quite often. Its friendly and a good service and nice rooms. We thought the kettle was broke (our silly faults) so while waiting for the maintenance guy a lovely lady brought ys large pots of tea and coffee to our room plus biscuits. The maintenance man appeared 10 mins later who was very friendly and smiley and explained we need the door fob in first. Brilliat place to stay x
