Requested clean towels and more coffee/milk at reception but didnt receive either. Very disappointed. Really bad damp smell outside room due to storm. Breakfast excellent. ..."

"The food was cold both at dinner and breakfast. This was rectified with a refund to me and other guests. Some opted to have their food microwaved!!! Bedding and bathroom spotless but used tissues and toilet roll tube under the bed."
