"The hotel was very central for what we needed. Although the staff were polite there was no other interaction. Even though I checked in online I still waited 19-15 minutes to get the key. When I mentioned I had added breakfast on and needed to pay for it as the room was pre-paid. He had no idea!. Then looked and apparently found the note. We asked for another bulb for the lamp in the room and was asked whether we tried all the other sockets first. Yes we had and then tried the bulb on the other lamp which worked. It was clearly the bulb. Maybe because we were two girls he thought were couldn’t work that out. The hotel definitely needs updating. A lot of peeling paint in the room and bathroom. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice. "

"Friendly helpful staff to check in, car park was full but nearby multi story was close by and can drop your bags off before parking. Room was clean and spacious and had great amenities. Would definitely visit again! Right next to the arena too for a show :) breakfast was included too and was a solid selection. "

"The rooms are clean but very small. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We ate in one night and the food was fine but the menu was basic. What let this hotel down was the ensuite"bathroom" which is similar to a shower cabin on a ferry - very small, compact and not pleasant to use. I suppose this reflects the value for money price we paid. Not one for us, would not return. "
