"This hotel was a great find. The location was great, the building is impressive and the interiors are fresh modern and spotlessly clean. What sets this hotel apart for me though is the service. Staff are all friendly and genuinely want the guests to be happy. Special mention to Gill on reception. Extremely warm and really went the extra mile to ensure we had the best room for our requirements whilst being kind and unassuming. A very welcoming and well run hotel which puts guest satisfaction front and centre. We will be staying with you again for our next shopping marathon! Laura & Sophie :)"
