"The location was great because it’s not too far from the beach but it’s much quieter than the places on Belgrave Road. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast was great with nice quality sausage and bacon. Hosts are very welcoming. "

"Property owner Julia was excellent, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a balcony room which gave us extra space during our stay. Balcony is small but adequate for 2 people to sit out and enjoy the sea view and fresh air. Bed was comfortable. Property is very clean and well presented. Lovely outdoor pool and garden area. "

"Our 3rd visit to Oyster Cottage, this time for a full week. As before, excellent location and all that we would want for a stay. We particularly like the layout of the cottage with the living area being on the 1st floor with views over the green and out across to Teignmouth. "

"Property as described. Easy check in and thankyou for allowing us to check in early due to attending a concert. Apartment well equipped and comfortable. Bus stop just outside which made getting around nearby Dawlish Warren easy etc only a few mins walk to Dawlish town and a pub with good food 4 min walk. The views from apartment and the garden were just stunning. We will definitely return "

"We stayed at Church View for our annual family holiday. The house was spacious for the 10 of us with lots of space to socialise and play games. The beds were super comfortable and the patio area with ample seating and BBQ was a great addition! The town and beach were a short walk away - making it an ideal location.
